Alex- I don't really get involved in the sales aspect but I can certainly refer you to a great agent and have a list of contractors due to my ongoing property management activities. If you need help, please PM me.
Btw, we have over 100 clients from Israel so the contractors and agent are well versed in working with foreign buyers.
