Hello everyone,
I'm looking for some guidance for the Missouri area. What are the best schools around here in order to take the licensing courses for a realtor's license?
Not sure about the real estate schools. But I do know the best real estate company to work with when you are done. Keller Williams Realty.
Over 6 yrs ago I walked through the doors of the Bedford, New Hampshire Keller Williams Realty office and knew right away if that's where I wanted to be. As a brand new agent I was highly impressed by the exemplary training we received and continue to receive on a regular basis. So much so that training magazine has awarded Keller Williams Realty number one in training in all areas not just real estate agencies. I have been so impressed with Keller Williams Realty that I just got licensed in Florida last year and joined the Marco Island office down there. I am looking forward to more training working out of the Marco Island office when I start working there more permanently. I have met many wonderful people Nationwide that work with Keller Williams and absolutely love it. I would love to speak to you more about it if you connect with me.
Did you move to Florida? Or are you just licensed there? Is Keller Williams Realty okay with having investor agents that for the most part is looking after their own portfolio? Maybe doing 1 or 2 deals per year.
I'm considering getting licensed in Missouri only to serve my own portfolio and I live in California.
