My business partner and I are looking for a realtor in the Kankakee, IL area that has worked with investors or is an investor themselves.  We are currently living in PA so working remotely with them is key.

Thanks,

Adam

I live in the Kankakee area. What attracts you here from PA?

My business partner and I grew up in Bourbonnais and see an opportunity there to invest in some rental properties. What kind of investments have you done in the area?

Are you looking for SFR or Apartment buildings? Property taxes ratios are very high in Kankakee,

are you looking for a realtor that will property manage for you also, or what is your plan for management,    your best bet in our area would be Bradley and some of Bourbonnais single family homes or apartment complexes.

I have SFR's in Bradley and in my opinion it provides the best return for the money invested. The area has a strong rental market for properties $1200 and under.

Hey Brian, We are initially looking at SFR and duplexes, however the apartment market there is interesting to us as well. Have you worked with any good realtors in the area?

@Adam Simmons    Ok,   Yes, contact Tressie Clemans with Keller Williams and she can help you.   She has been my realtor for years with multiple closings for personal houses and rentals.    Google her name,  since you are not allowed to post emails and phone numbers on these threads.
