Hi all!
I'm new to real estate and looking to get my affiliate broker license in Tennessee. I was hoping for a recommendation from anyone who has gone through the process in Tennessee? I am looking for online providers for the 60 and 30 hour courses required.

I did the 60 hours on Real Estate Express. I did the 30 hours on Pro Schools. I would highly recommend that you look into Pro Schools. The price point was considerably better in terms of packages and I liked the format. You won't go wrong with either, but as someone with experience with both I would recommend the latter. If you are strictly looking at investing, don't actually get your license. Go to school if you want (although you can learn more with your time elsewhere), but once you are licensed you are considered an expert and held to a higher standard. It's NOT a good thing to be an agent and investor, unless it's literally (the agent part) what you do fulltime (like me) and invest here and there. I'm a Broker of 20 years in AZ and teach real estate school and continuing education here, as well.
