I need advice for choosing the best option for me i got accepted to college for real estate for free everything paid with financial aid the classes offer is Real Estate level 1 certified and my other option is getting my real estate license in trade school very affordable but debating for what is best for me. Want to be a real estate agent as well as a investor

If it is free, take them up on the offer. Make sure it truly is free. The BIGGEST thing that holds people back from investing is student loan debt. Never get into the student loan program to go to college. It is the worst investment and once you get in, you are likely to be in debt the rest of your life. That is how they student program is set up at this point.
