Real Estate Agent in Atlanta area. Advice on brokerages and tips?

Hello All, new to the BP community. Also a new real estate agent in the Atlanta area. Im currently trying to decide which brokerage to join. Any thoughts on agency here in Atlanta that would be great for a new agent? I know there are many choices, just wanted to know if you all have found some to have better training than others. Also, just any tips for a new agent getting started. In my previous corporate position, I have never really had a need for facebook and social media. I know I will have to be more open in those areas. Any tips and advice would be great. My wife and I are also looking to into real estate investing as well and purchasing our first rental property. I love the community and Im ready to get started on this real estate journey with you all. Thanks.
