I use Jacob Rappaport from Levin & Gann firm from Towson MD.  What I like about them is that they are very active by email (who has time for calls lol) and that the firm has several lawyers in office available to answer all sorts of questions real estate related.  I have had questions about rentals, wholesale, new construction (even fairly complex county situations regarding zoning litigation) and I always get the answers I need.  Highly recommended.
