Hi! I'm looking to get my Real Estate Licence in Colorado! I was wondering which school/online institution You guys recommend. I started looking but I'm not even sure where to start or what I'm looking for in a school.

@Nancy Higuera I used VanEd! They are local to Boulder and have a great online course platform. I passed the tests first time through, and I'd highly recommend them :) Feel free to connect and ask any questions, I did this only 1/2 a year ago so it's fresh in my mind!

I'll shoot you a link. Are you going to join SAR up in Summit? You might talk to the brokers up there to see if they will pay for it. Also, get your fingerprints out of the way. BTW it is EXPENSIVE to join SAR.
