Hello money people! I am interested in getting a HELOC on my house in San Diego in order to access some of my equity. I was wondering if any of you have a good recommendation. Thank you in advance
@Jake Rodriguez- helocs will be all realtively the same ...I would recommend 1) contacting your bank 2) contact the lender that has the 1st mtg servicing 3) contact smaller sized bank or credit union close to the proeprty ......you also might consider maxing the HELOC out so you have the funds available in the future ( if needed)
