Hello money people! I am interested in getting a HELOC on my house in San Diego in order to access some of my equity. I was wondering if any of you have a good recommendation. Thank you in advance.

    I just got a HELOC on one of my propertys through Banner Bank , They were quick and the rate was 8% I/O

    Did a HELOC through Spring EQ up to 90% LTV and was at 5.99% I/O
