Anyone ever work with Lotus Assets Management LLC?

Question

Curious if anyone has ever used or worked with Lotus Assets Management LLC out of Kissimmee, FL for a short term bridge loan?

Offering 100% of purchase and rehab with no monthly payments for flat fee with upfront fee after loan approval?

Never heard of upfront fee after loan approval personally and seems fishy so just curious if any one had experience good or bad?

I did not move forward with this company or their offer. The fact that they wanted a large amount paid upfront and did not want anything to do with Title/Escrow seemed to fishy for me and I past.

If anyone has worked with them successfully let us know but I highly doubt i honestly.
