Infinity Capital Finance Anyone work with them recently?

Has anyone recently worked with Infinity Capital Finance?  I did a deal with them that closed but they are not wiring the draw funds.  The inspector came out and provided the report 9/19/2025.  

They have not sent the funds and no one is responding to e-mail or messages left with Sean Richway or Justin Stastny my loan rep.  Does anyone know if they are still in business?

Has anyone had similiar issues?

    Hi Maysha!

    This sounds like a stressful situation. Do you know if they were the actual lender or just the broker on the loan? If they were the broker, I would attempt to reach out to the lender & their draw department and seek guidance asap.

     Very weird. Are you sure they are a direct lender? They might be a broker ghosting you.
