    I am in the process of doing a couple with with Diana Grooms at First State Bank in Cincinnati. You can DM me for her number. They will do 75% of the appraised value on a cash out refi assuming the financial are good. Just tell her Danny Gudorf gave you her name.

    I'm about to close on my second refinance through CMG Financial.  We've worked with Lisa Love both times and she is great.  She's out of Austin.

    HI @Sylvia Pomazak - My lender does no income verification loans.  No W2s, no tax returns.  Just a 650 credit score and then the loan is based on the property's numbers.  It fills the space between traditional financing and hard money.  And the rates are in the single digits.  If you can get a traditional bank to refi great, if not, send me a message.
