CPA & Attorney recommendation in Miami / South Florida?

I am looking to purchase a commercial property with a few partners, but I would like to discuss setting up the entities correctly with a local Attorney as soon as possible. Just asking around to see who knows a good one.

Leo Maldonado Be sure you also consult with a CPA about entity structuring and tax planning. Your CPA and Attorney should both serve as your advisors and work together in helping you attain your goals.
