How did you find lender that offer investment property rental loan and what lender do you currently use for rental property mortgage with no min. loan amount?

@Tony Zhang there are lenders out there that don't have any loan minimums. I wrote an entire post on how to find investor friendly lenders that you can find HERE. Maybe that will help some.

Hey @Tony Zhang Most no income verification lenders have a miuimum property vaule requirement of at least $75,000. I have recently connected to a lender that has no property minimum requirement.
