Looking for a GC to remodel a property in Denver, CO (Arvada)
Hey, all real estate gurus in sunny Denver, Colorado!
Me and my fiancee are in the final stretch on closing on a property that needs a bit of work. We are looking for a GC that could help us to bring this property to the condition of our liking as soon as we close on the property in the first days of August. If you are one or know the one that you would recommend we would really appreciate it!
The property is located in Arvada, Colorado (80005 zip code)
The property will need the following:
-Replace the front porch
-Replace the rear patio
-Replace patio doors (2x)
-Replace rear steps to open space
-Add fencing
-Add egress window
-Replace the water heater
-Electrical box work
As I said, we are ready to get this property up and going as soon as we get the keys to it and we would greatly appreciate any recommendations for a GC to work with us on this property and the next ones we are in the process of purchasing!
