My hubby & I have the opportunity to pick up a portfolio of 5 SFHs in Cincinnati (new market for us) & they all need some degree of work to make them rent ready and/or sellable. What general contractors do you recommend in the area to reach out to for estimates & are there any you absolutely wouldn't recommend? Thanks!

This is not one that gets answers very often on the BP forums. You can use the BP company search to see what companies are registered and listed on BP. https://www.biggerpockets.com/...
Facebook and neighborly also both have ways to post job listings or search listings to see what other options are available. We live in a time where the physical labor workers are harder and harder to find so most people keep them close or keep their team too busy to take on new clients.
