The rental is in Fort Wayne?  Are you liking fit a property manager, or just a person on their own?

    Any interest in selling?

Yes Drew; we want to sell deed. We acquired thru foreclosure. We were the lender.

We don't hold rentals. Please connect with me & we can exchange contact info.
