Need a long term CONTRACTOR to handle my Los Angeles flips

    Sounds like a good setup for a shared equity partnership.  One of the best ways to motivate an employee is to create "skin in the game".

    @Josie Roman We mainly focus on SFR flips in all price ranges with a few multi unit deals once in awhile. How ever, we have done land purchases, subdivisions, larger builds, etc.. We'll take a took any real estate related deals.

    Personally, not into investing/flipping yet, more gearing towards building things, easier faster and more reward. Tried to look into flipping for myself, too many moving parts.
