No such thing as FHA approved contractor for a 203k.....your Lender is the one who approves your contractor. Any legit contractor with proper experience, a decent rep, a gc license and insurances can typically be approved.
You absolutely want a Lender with plenty of 203k experience....they may give you a couple of contractor names they have approved, or not.

Hey Ricardo. I recently finished some work on a place I bought in Gardena and just rented out, I was very happy with my contractor. Great work at a fair price, and if you are newer (as I was), he gives you good guidance on what makes sense. He actually was referred to me by a mentor of mine, who's been investing for years and using him for several rehab jobs.
I imagine he's approved for everything your lender needs, as he's been in business for a few decades, though you'll have to confirm with him. Feel free to direct message me and I'll pass along his information.

@Ricardo Porrata Also understand, You need to develop the detailed scope of work, that You want done. Obviously, listen to an experienced contractor’s opinions and ideas, but You need to decide what you want/need done.
