Need a General Contractor in Phoenix, AZ

Just closed on my first investment property in north Phoenix, AZ and I am looking for a GC familiar with investment properties. Must be lIcensed and bonded. Property is just under 1400sq ft, 3 bedroom 1.5 bathrooms. Needs -new kitchen -1.5 to 1.75 bathroom conversion. Master bathroom and hall bathroom share a wall. -new flooring -paint -baseboards -closet modifications to improve storage Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
