Hello,

I am under contract for my first BRRR deal in Pensacola, FL. I'm looking for recommendations for good contractors to give me bids on the rehab. I'm also looking for advice on refinancing the property once we have in rehabbed and rented. Any recommendations and/or tips would be much appreciated! TIA

    I found hancock whitney gave me The best terms on refi 

    Youll have to wait 6mo from purchase unless you only plan on getting what you purchase the property for

    But penair was pretty competitive also

    How did your rehab go?

    I have one full rehab and 7 other light to very light rehabs.

    In september i will be able to starting my refinancing portion of BRRR.

    If you have time, we should compare our projects and learn.
