@Preet Oberoi - that really is basically impossible. It can be done for new build but not rehab since all rehabs are different. Does it need a roof and new heating system or just paint and flooring. Does it need kitchen and bathrooms?
You can start to educate yourself on the individual components; how much does it cost to paint on a per sqft basis or what is an average kitchen remodel. With that information, you can start to get good at estimating the rehab budget. There are spreadsheets that can help (I do not have one). DM me if you would like to talk more about this.
