We are seeking referrals for real estate lawyers.

Hi Folks, 

I am new to bigger pockets. My partners and I are seeking to form an LLC to purchase turnkey real estate property in Ohio, possibly Dayton Ohio. Does anyone have recommendations for terrific lawyers that they have used who are great with working with small real estate investors? Thank you very much for your help.

      We are possibly interested in the Dayton market because we have a couple of acquaintances who are invested there. We thought it might be a good place to start looking after we are settled with setting up the LLC.

They can help with setting up the LLC and also ensure you’re structuring everything correctly for real estate investments. You might want to check out platforms like LegalZoom or Rocket Lawyer as well, but a local attorney familiar with Ohio’s real estate laws would be the best choice.
