Anyone knows the real estate market here in DFW area? I'm currently a Law enforcement officer, wanting to invest in real estate. Looking into new construction or BRRR method anyone have an idea what is better
Welcome. Real Estare market is local and lot of things will be in play everytime like new employment coming to the area, people migration, people disposable income etc. So, to answer your question, "it depends".
My suggestion is start educating yourself and join lobal REIA groups and meet other investors to see where they are focusing.

I'll look into those books I've been reading several real estate books and I've learned a good amount but reading can't compare to meeting with investors and talking about deals, getting contractors, lenders, etc. I'll look into REIA they have one in Dallas and are meeting April 7th
