You can search or ask the BP Classifieds page for off market deals.

For FSBO community listings, you can find them here https://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-listings?property_...

Greetings BP Members! Im actively searching for off market deals in Wisconsin. What forum to use on here to see the inventory?

Each geographical area always has "off market" inventory. Most of it is unmarketed and unlisted, but I digress.

Depending on the type of property, there are various ways to dig these out. Most properties on websites are pretty picked over, old information or sitting on an industrial waste site (Just kidding about the industrial waste) but you do need to be careful. Most are obvious like pre-foreclosures and probates.

The list I work off of has 56 different ways and I'd be glad to share it. Just be aware, it is work to find them, but that's where the gold is.
