The operators doing consistent volume are building pipelines.

Pipeline vs. deal chasing:

→ Pipeline: 10 active conversations at different stages, 2–3 closes per quarter

→ Deal chasing: one conversation at a time, close when you get lucky

How you build a pipeline:

→ Every 'no' is a future 'maybe' — set a 90-day follow-up and move on

→ Track seller conversations in a CRM, not your head

→ The best deals usually come on the 3rd or 4th contact
