    Hi Mendy,

    Maybe companies work together (fund purchase and fund remodel). Maybe there is an all in one company that we don't know about. This is new and I do not have a rolladex of companies.

    No lender that I know will give you hundred percent of purchase plus hundred percent of Reno. Why should they take such a big risk?
