Seller Concessions & Rate Buydowns — Becoming the Norm?

Lately almost every contract I write has some kind of concession attached — rate buydown, closing cost credit, or both. Feels like it's become the default way to get a deal across the finish line rather than the exception. Curious if other agents/investors are seeing the same, and whether buyers are actually leaning on these more than a straight price reduction these days.
