I am new to BP and searching for an experienced RE investor that specializes in Buy & Hold investing.  I am eager to get my hands dirty and get some experience but I need some guidance and kinda like a mentor or partner.  I do have some capital to invest.  Since NJ/NY is expensive and hard to find deals I am interested in out of state as well with the right person. Please let me know. Thanks
