Any tips for selling 3 duplexes for $125K in Tennessee

Hello,

Does anyone out there have any tips for selling three duplexes for $125,000 in Jackson, TN? I have the three duplexes under contract and they have tons of equity. What's the best way to get rid of them quickly?
