Property Calculator of Choice

Hi y'all!

I have a list of properties I would like to analyze. However, I don't really know what calculator to use...

My plan is to buy, rehab or do some repairs, and rent.

Any tips?

Thanks in advance!

There is a BRRRR calculator tool here on BP, start there. Best of luck with your investment.

The calcs here on bp are good but you can only use 5 times then you have to pay. Can anyone recommend a good free rental property calculator?

I find the BRRRR Calc a little hard to use for some reason. I've been using the rental Calc and that works really well for me. It's not as confusing. You can also add the rental Calc to your portfolio after you're done filing it out but for some reason you can't do that with the BRRRR Calc.
