Hey all, I'm negotiating a deal on a single family house that's going to need A LOT of work. Much more than I am equipped to handle. Likely to include structural, electrical, HVAC and plumbing work. Does anyone out there have any good recommendations for someone who can estimate rehab costs for this in the Knoxville area?
