I'm interested in finding out about buying and selling, wholesaling, flipping property In Fiji.

good research . but there are certain areas near beachfronts which has been declared by government as tourism free where foreigners can buy without any hassle and build. foreigners can't buy in residential or town boundaries . free to do so in areas that have been declared to Increase investor confidence.

Interesting, I guess I would just be worried about the government changing their minds in the future, just me personally. But maybe there is less risk if you are doing quick transactions like wholesales versus long term buy and hold. 

Would be interesting to know what else you learn and if you decide to invest there.
