Hi,

My ultimate goal is to own a ~20/30 unit or more apartment building for cash flow.  Location isn't really an issue since I'd hire a property manager.

I want to start browsing deals and learn how to identify a good deal.  Can you please advise what are good ballpark numbers to look for?
