Any feedback on Nimble Capital group

I saw an advt by Nimble Capital group about it's project (multi family) in Casa Grande, AZ.

Does anyone know about Nimble Capital group and their track record?

Also does anyone know the future potential of Casa Grande, AZ? They claim Casa Grande is the fastest growing city in AZ.

Hi- My name is Mark Chappell and I've partenred with Nimble on 4 deals so far, one is Casa Grande. You can see the track record in the nimblecapitalgroup.com portal. The most "seasoned" deal I invested as a LP (limited partner) was a about 2 years ago. A 60u in Las Cruces, NM. It has been performing above expectations or projections as far as estimated time to distribute and the returns. I liked it enough to jump in as GP on a smaller 40 unit property there and we resently hit the goals set for that one. Casa Grande, depending on Comparisons of city size etc., grew 21% which matched 3 other cities in the top 10 growth cites for AZ in one article I found today. I know the day time populations is much higher than night pop., which tells me a lot of commuters into the area for jobs. Feel free to reach out any time. My background; 25yr+ broker and investor, mostly in CA, now all my investments are outside CA

    Hi Rahul,

I've invested with Nimble on 4 properties so far, the first was a 60 unit in Las Cruces NM. I also partnered with them on a couple deals. One of them is the Casa Grande project. Casa is about mid-way between Phoenix and Tuscon, making it the next city to scale up in size as Ph has gotten more expensive. You can check out history, resume and current projects available at nimblecapitalgroup.com- the investor portal. I've known the guys over 3 years now and watched a lot of expansion. I'd love to chat, feel free to message me.

Rahul, I didn't mention Taiwan semi-conductor. They're building a massive facility and there are plenty of articles to view the size and scope of that property. Many of their subcontractors are heading toward and getting into the Casa Grande market as it was a more affordable option to sticking with PH. Found an article, no small undertaking.

TSMC said it was spending US $12 billion on the Phoenix site, known as Fab 21, with the aim of initially producing 20,000 wafers a month chips on the chipmaker's 5nm manufacturing process by 2024. According to TSMC, Fab 21 will also create more than 1,600 new jobs.
