I saw an advt by Nimble Capital group about it's project (multi family) in Casa Grande, AZ.

Does anyone know about Nimble Capital group and their track record?

Also does anyone know the future potential of Casa Grande, AZ? They claim Casa Grande is the fastest growing city in AZ.

Hi- My name is Mark Chappell and I've partenred with Nimble on 4 deals so far, one is Casa Grande. You can see the track record in the nimblecapitalgroup.com portal. The most "seasoned" deal I invested as a LP (limited partner) was a about 2 years ago. A 60u in Las Cruces, NM. It has been performing above expectations or projections as far as estimated time to distribute and the returns. I liked it enough to jump in as GP on a smaller 40 unit property there and we resently hit the goals set for that one. Casa Grande, depending on Comparisons of city size etc., grew 21% which matched 3 other cities in the top 10 growth cites for AZ in one article I found today. I know the day time populations is much higher than night pop., which tells me a lot of commuters into the area for jobs. Feel free to reach out any time. My background; 25yr+ broker and investor, mostly in CA, now all my investments are outside CA
