I have an opportunity to obtain a home with a subto deal. Looking for a title in company in North Carolina. Any advice? Pros and cons?

Good morning. I am currently working with 24 Hour Closing on a subto deal. They seem very professional. This is my first time using them, so do your own Vetting. But so far, so good. Good fortune in all you do.

@Shonda Rountree  get with some local real estate meetup groups. Meetup.com is a good resource for those but some of the groups will also post here on Bigger Pockets Marketplace too. Facebook will have several and you don't even have to go there in person.  Just join their "Facebook Group Page".  Many will have thousands of members in the North Carolina market.  Ask this question in there.  But post locally for this. That’s the best bet.
