Wholesale contract for the state of Florida
Hello! I'm a newbie to wholesaling and I'm currently in need of a contract template. Either one up to the legal standard of the State or, one I can get corrected. Please help, or give me the direction to go towards. I love to network. Also, is anyone in the area for me to shadow?

I have access to a wholesale contract that was written up by Pace Morby and his Attorney and they are always updating it with new info. I'd be happy to send this over to ya'll if you still need one.
