Is anyone buying condos in Indy?

We getting 24 condos with a package of SFR's that we're buying and we're considering selling them rather than holding.

If anyone is buying condos in Indianapolis and has interest, please PM me and I'll provide details. They're all at least 2 bedrooms and no older than 2008.

1. They are spread through 6 complexes.

2. Rent, HOA, will be sent in the email.

3. They are being acquired from a private owner, not a bank.

A couple of questions:

-Are the condo's all in 1 complex or scattered throughout the city?
-How many condo's are in the complex (s) (i.e. what % of ownership of the HOA will this lot represent)
- What is the average rent, average HOA fee and average selling price?
- Are you aquiring these from an investor or directly from a bank as REO's?
