New to the Birmingham market and interested in establishing some connections with local banks. Looking to refi a newly acquired portfolio in Birmingham. Would appreciate any local banks that have programs and are familiar with SFR.

Hi @Mahmood Usmani We are looking to be licensed in AL within the next month or so. We primarily do portfolio refinancing through DSCR loans and depending on your timeline and success with other lenders may be able to help on this project.

    Hey @Mahmood Usmani,

    I am an investor in Huntsville and have a mortgage broker here that can work magic. He has access to a wide variety of lending products that allow for some creativity. I also have relationships with some small banks in the area that would probably love to finance a rental portfolio. Send me a PM and I'll connect you.
