Seeking lender contacts for a SFR portfolio in Birmingham
New to the Birmingham market and interested in establishing some connections with local banks. Looking to refi a newly acquired portfolio in Birmingham. Would appreciate any local banks that have programs and are familiar with SFR.

Hi @Mahmood Usmani We are looking to be licensed in AL within the next month or so. We primarily do portfolio refinancing through DSCR loans and depending on your timeline and success with other lenders may be able to help on this project.
