Hey fam!
I have a foreclosure under contract at 185 Juniper Ave in Carlsbad. It is a 2/2.5 steps from coast highway with an ocean view. It needs about 100k in rehab to get it to market, but ARV shows 1mm+. We are only taking offers tonight and tomorrow due to the foreclosure.
