Hard money lenders aren't working, looking for an alternative
Hello hello! Looking to find a lender who can help my client. He has a 740 credit score and this background check shows he has a felony from 15 years ago. He is a super nice guy, did his time, now is married with kids and trying to get into the industry and reach financial freedom. I don't think this past offense should keep him from his dreams for his family. He is looking for a lender who can step in and finance his flips. Please let me know if you have any recommendations or know anyone!
