Hi ya'll, looking for a lender for cash out equity loan on 2 unit Multifamily in Norwich, CT. Property is valued around $170,000, owned outright by LLC. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    @Ryan Morrissey- fyi - most lenders will not be willing/ able to offer a cash out refinance MF LLC loan ....try the current lender ( if there is one ) or try the smaller / local credit unions and banks that are close to the proeprty and also that you have had past experince with
