Hello Everyone,
I am looking at purchasing multiple mobile home trailers. Yes, just the trailers not the land (real estate) for the cash flow only. My question is, is there anyone out actually financing a project like this?

@Marc Brown You may want to check your local area to see if there are any small banks or credit unions willing to finance the deal.
Another route would be to check with your local manufactured housing association and mobile home dealerships in the area. In the past, I've found both to be good sources of information for market insight and referrals.
