Hello everyone! My name is Angel and I’m located in central Oklahoma (OKC). I’m new to investing and flipping. I’ve currently been studying and attending multiple online “how to” groups and trainings. I’m excited to get started with my first flip, but I’m struggling with the best way to go about financing the deal. Does anyone have any recommendations on hard money lenders in Oklahoma? I have a few vetted contractors I’ve spoken with, but looking for any local recommendations in that area as well.
