    Just a few Ideas....you may not need an LLC is #1.

    #2...where do you want to buy? That might be the best place to create an LLC if that's what you end up wanting to do.

    What is you goal of creating LLC? Will you finance properties or pay cash? LLC can create financing issues for many people.
