I recently received a contract for a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1,504 sqft lot size 4,000 sqft in the 15207 area if interested please let me know
I'm just going to post this here as an example of what I'm talking about the hyperlocal investment nature of Pittsburgh.
The 15207 zip code covers four very separate neighborhoods: the poorer half of Greenfield, which is still not poor, Hazelwood, a 47% black/44% white slum which has a shot of doing better someday IN CERTAIN AREAS but STILL doesn't have a grocery store, Glen Hazel, 64% black/32% white PJ hell, and across the bridge, New Homestead/Lincoln Place, most of which is white industrial small-construction-business hell with some small and quiet single-family starter-home developments. New Homestead is where a lot of small contractors go to illegally dump their dirt and construction debris from Squirrel Hill renovations up in the adjoining 15217 zip code.
You would not want to send your kids to any of the public schools in the 15207 zip code, K-12. The only possible exception is Allderdice High School (9-12), average graduation rate 87%, AP enrollment 33%, which services Greenfield. And that's the absolute best of them.
Three bedroom, one bath sounds a lot like 1890-1920-era constructions, most likely a small foursquare house by the footage.
So is this house in Greenfield, @Deon Brown?

LOL. "Plenty of good school" in the 15207 area really seems to have helped you with your grammar.
