You would likely be better off working with a broker or wholesaling agent, they will have every connection you could possibly want and while you might have to pay them, it will likely be worth the price!

P.s. there are so many wholesalers now that have no idea how to value a property you might actually be better buying on market.

We do underwriting-wholesaling...
We are done passing on a list and then you do all the work.
We pick properties that make sense for many reasons (make money the first) and then we do UW.
Look for that type of wholesaler-agent, is different but why do I want an address that I need to do all the due diligence by myself? By the time I am done the good deal is sold and the bad one deal still there ...for the wrong price.
