I am about to close on a 2-family home in Cleveland that does not have appliances and I am looking to see if there are any opportunities to purchase second hand fridges, ovens, microwaves, etc. Please let me know if you have any leads. Thank you!

Ok 1st mistake, NEVER supply appliance, when they break and they will , its your problem. Tenants ALWAYS bring in appliances, when they break its their problem, Why is your PM not taken care of this or telling you what I am saying ?
